Replacement Plans

Our Replacement plans make support simple. Depending on your location, these services which are available for our workgroup and departmental scanning solutions, will ensure that your scanning needs are met in the promptest manner possible. Just contact our experts to determine the best solution to restoring your scanning activities.

Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) — Where available, if a replacement is deemed necessary, we will send you a replacement unit in top working order. Once the replacement unit is received and installed, simply return the replaced unit postage paid.
